QIC Brisbane OfficeMartin is General Manager, Asset Creation & Investment Management within QIC Real Estate. Martin oversees the investment management function for all of QIC Real Estate’s core retail, commercial office and mixed-use assets. He is responsible for coordinating the establishment and implementation of Strategic Asset Plans for all assets under management, creating Masterplans for each asset and leading the delivery of the development pipeline.
Since joining QIC in 2005, Martin has over 18 years’ experience in asset, development and investment management and has been a key member of the Investment Management team, having had exposure to a wide variety of disciplines, markets and development projects, including the lead role on over $700M in major retail development projects at Robina Town Centre.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
