QIC London OfficeXi joined QIC in January 2022, based in London. As a Principal in the Private Debt Infrastructure team, Xi is responsible for the origination, execution and asset management of investment opportunities in Europe.
Xi has over 17 years’ experience in project and infrastructure financing.
Prior to joining QIC, Xi was most recently a Director in the Infrastructure Finance Group of HSBC Global Banking & Markets where, based in London, she originated, structured and executed over US$30bn (in total deal volumes) in limited or non-recourse project and infrastructure financings in a number of sectors across oil & gas (upstream, midstream and downstream), power (conventional and renewables) and digital infrastructure across the EMEA region.
Before joining HSBC, Xi worked at Barclays Investment Bank and Société Générale Investment Banking in structured finance and project finance advisory and arranging teams.
Xi holds a Masters in Finance from HEC School of Management, Paris and is a CFA Charterholder.
