QIC Sydney OfficeSimon joined QIC in December 2023, based in Sydney. As Head of Private Debt, Simon is responsible for leading QIC’s Private Debt activities globally, across Private Debt Infrastructure and Multi Sector Private Debt offerings.
Simon has over 23 years’ experience in infrastructure debt and leveraged/private credit. He was formerly a founding partner at AMP Capital Infrastructure Debt (acquired by Areas Management), where he worked for over 19 years. Simon played a vital role in deploying over US$10bn in global expansion efforts. Prior to going to AMP Capital, Simon worked at Deutsche Bank in their Project & Leveraged Finance team.
Simon is a member of both the QIC Private Debt Infrastructure and Multi Sector Private Debt Investment Committee’s.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Business, Banking & Finance from Monash University.
