QIC Brisbane OfficePaul Chasemore leads our People & Culture team, overseeing QIC’s people strategy including HR advisory, remuneration and reward, talent, performance, and diversity and inclusion.
Paul has more than 30 years’ experience in global financial services, telecommunications and the automative industry in Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining QIC, he served as Chief People Officer at Perpetual Ltd, leading a global team and playing a pivotal role in delivering on major international mergers and acquisitions, organisational transformation initiatives, and the evolution of performance.
Paul holds an Honours degree in Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
