
Leisel Moorhead

Leisel joined QIC Infrastructure in 2008. She leads the Infrastructure Investment Team’s asset management function and has primary responsibility for environmental, social and governance matters for the QIC Infrastructure portfolio. Leisel is a member of the QIC Infrastructure Investment Management Committee.
Leisel currently sits as a director on the boards of the Port of Melbourne, Northwestern Roads Group (operator of Westlink M7 and developer of the NorthConnex tollroad). She was previously a director on the boards of Queensland Motorways, Port of Brisbane, Powerco Limited, Campus Parc LLC, Sea Swift and ConnectEast.
Before joining QIC, Leisel had over 11 years’ corporate advisory and transaction experience as a senior lawyer gaining extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, acting for equity sponsors on major infrastructure projects and advising on director’s duties and corporate governance.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (Hons 1) from the University of Queensland and Master of Law from University of Sydney.
