
Leisel Moorhead

Leisel joined QIC Infrastructure in January 2008. She leads the Infrastructure Investment Team’s asset management function across the QIC portfolio and has primary responsibility for environmental, social and governance matters for the QIC Infrastructure portfolio assets.
Leisel currently sits as a director on the boards of the Port of Melbourne, Northwestern Roads Group (operator of Westlink M7 and developer of the NorthConnex tollroad), Sea Swift and ConnectEast.
Before joining QIC, Leisel had over 11 years’ corporate advisory and transaction experience as a senior lawyer gaining extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, acting for equity sponsors on major infrastructure projects and advising on director’s duties and corporate governance.
Leisel holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (Hons 1) from the University of Queensland and Master of Law from University of Sydney.
