QIC Brisbane OfficeCrystal joined QIC and the Private Equity team in 2007. She is responsible for the team’s investment focus in Asia Pacific across fund and co-investment strategies, and is a member of the Investment and Management Committees.
Crystal sits on the Board the Australian Investment Council (AIC) and the North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo), along with a number of fund advisory boards and as an observer or board member of investee companies.
Crystal is a Chartered Accountant, has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia. She is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed the Stanford Executive Women in Leadership course. Crystal is passionate about driving greater diversity and inclusion in the private equity industry and is a member of both the ILPA and AIC diversity and inclusion working groups/committees.
