QIC Brisbane OfficeBill is the QIC-group Company Secretary and leader of the Corporate Secretariat team with responsibility for the effective management of QIC’s corporate governance frameworks. Bill aligns governance practices with corporate and strategic objectives, and ensures timely reporting to Board and Committees, regulators and shareholders.
Bill has been a member of the QIC team since 2012, where he has performed roles of Managing Legal Counsel and Head of Corporate Secretariat, before being promoted to his current Corporate Leadership role and member of QIC’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining QIC, Bill held legal positions at Allens Linklaters, DLA Piper UK, Allens Arthur Robinson, Phillips Fox and at the Queensland Supreme Court.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, and he has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
