Amelia joined QIC in 2026 as a Partner and Sector Lead - Government within QIC’s Infrastructure. With close to two decades of experience across construction, infrastructure, water, and energy, Amelia leads QIC Infrastructure’s engagement with government as a counterparty across origination, structuring, government relations, and risk and governance, including the delivery of the Queensland Energy Roadmap.
Prior to joining QIC, Amelia led major government infrastructure transactions in New Zealand, including the Northland Corridor public-private partnership (PPP) for the New Zealand Transport Agency.
