Christine Maher practised as a partner in the national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth in financial services and governance before becoming an experienced non-executive director in both the charitable and commercial sectors. She is currently a director of CDPF Limited, the Mater Foundation and the People First Foundation, and is a former director of WorkCover Queensland and Energy Super.

Philip Noble has more than 30 years’ experience in the international banking and finance sector and served as CEO of the Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) between 2010 and 2023. Prior to joining QTC, he held senior positions with Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust Australia.
