Stuart oversees the global operations of GRE’s AU$18.5 billion real estate investment portfolio. It includes a development pipeline of AU$5 billion and incorporates asset and development management, leasing, property management and strategy across approximately 50 sites in Australia and the US.
During the past 20 years with GRE, Stuart has overseen award-winning projects including Eastland, Robina Town Centre and Canberra Centre, with a combined project value of more than AUD3 billion. Stuart has been fundamental to GRE’s strategic asset creation program to reimagine retail centres and commercial assets into mixed-use destinations incorporating exceptional architecture and design.
Stuart is a certified practising valuer; has a Bachelor of Business (University of Queensland); and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australia (Finsia). Stuart is an Associate Member of the API and a Fellow of Finsia.
Brenton has 22 years’ experience in the retail real estate industry, bringing a strong background in asset management, development, acquisitions and financing, overseeing 85 million square feet of assets and more than $20 billion in value and $1.5 billion of development. Brenton oversees QIC’s asset management business in the U.S.
Brenton holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from the Edith Cowan University and currently holds a Real Estate Broker’s license and a General Contractor’s license in the state of California. Brenton is a member of ICSC and ULI.
Andrew has 20 years’ industry experience in the real estate fund management sector spanning Investment Management, Valuation, Property Financing and Property Management.
Andrew has been the Fund Manager for the A$4.5 billion Australian QIC Shopping Centre Fund since 2012, and has been responsible for the overall management including acquisition, divestment, asset creation, capital management and portfolio strategies. Andrew is Fund Manager for the QIC U.S. Shopping Center Fund.
Andrew is a registered Certified Practicing Valuer, holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of Queensland and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
Joseph is Executive Vice President – Retail Leasing. He is a member of the executive management team advising on portfolio operations and leasing strategies. He joined QIC in 2018 to help establish QIC in the U.S.
Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the retail shopping center industry and directed the leasing strategy and execution of a myriad of product types including regional town centers, enclosed malls, lifestyle centers, power centers, specialty strip centers, and mixed-use entertainment projects. He was also involved in eleven new ground-up retail development projects that comprised over 10,500,000 square feet throughout some of the major metropolitan areas in the U.S. that include Los Angeles, Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, Miami, New York and Washington DC.
Joe graduated from Miami of Ohio with a BS in Accountancy. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for twenty-eight years, where he has been active in the University of Shopping Centers at the Wharton School on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania as a faculty member, Assistant Dean, and Dean of the Leasing School.
