QIC Global Real Estate
QIC Global Real Estate (QIC GRE) is a leading Australian real estate manager that has over the last 20 years acquired and developed a significant portfolio of dominant regional shopping centres and commercial buildings.
Our management team comprises property professionals with long-term track records who are committed, talented, experienced and disciplined.
This team has built a capability that ensures:
- all strategic functions are conducted in-house
- a clear alignment of interest between our staff and client outcomes
- the portfolio is in the best position to outperform its benchmarks, which it has done regularly over the long term.
Investment approach
Our team of property professionals has developed a long-term strategic investment style that has been delivered over the years with conviction and discipline.
Our strategic focus remains on dominant regional shopping centres located in town centre locations in growth corridors.
The acquisition and/or development of CBD commercial buildings is done so in conjunction with a tactical exit strategy.
QIC GRE's success
Our direct and hands-on approach enables us to maintain strategic control over our assets, while a strong development pipeline ensures we continue to provide strong returns to our clients.
All strategic services performed in-house
We maintain strategic control of our properties by performing key functions in-house, including asset management, leasing, finance and development. Non-strategic functions such as design, project management and construction are tendered out. This provides strong risk management, as well as invaluable intelligence into market conditions.

Notes
Past Performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance
Total Return is calculated by constructing a Total Value Index series or equivalent data. The index reflects percentage change in the value of continuing Scheme Holder’s investments assuming the reinvestment of all Distributions (if applicable) back into the Product (and no other acquisition or disposal/withdrawal). Daily returns are calculated from daily unit prices and the returns are expressed on a percentage per annum basis.
