Our team

Board

QIC has a nationally respected independent Board of Directors. The current Board consists of non-executive Directors including the Chairman. The Chief Executive is not a member of the Board.

The Board oversees the affairs of QIC and sets the framework for the organisation's long-term success. It assumes overall responsibility for corporate governance and has established systems to monitor compliance with policies, relevant legislation and standards of ethical behaviour. The performance of QIC, its management and staff, are monitored both directly by the Board and through its Board committees: the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Staff Committee and the Product Development Committee.
